About JMCPR

We are all storytellers. We all live in a network of stories. There isn’t a stronger connection between people than storytelling
— Jimmy Neil Smith

JMCPR is a travel PR agency based in New York City — we specialize in hospitality, tourism, hotels, luxury resorts, food & beverage and lifestyle PR in small towns, big cities and on islands of all sizes.

JMCPR president and founder Jennifer Maguire has been telling stories since she was old enough to talk. And that foundation has helped to make JMCPR an award-winning travel PR agency. Current and past clients can confirm those successes, tracking back to the loyal clients from her first job. (Spoiler alert, her first job was building and managing a Kool-Aid stand as a kid.) A keen observer of behaviors with an eye toward outcomes, Jennifer quickly learned that stories had the power to shape perceptions and drive decisions. This is PR.

Established in 2010 in New York City, the media capital of the world, Jennifer Maguire Communications & Public Relations takes pride in delivering a personal touch that makes a difference for clients. Forget that “lost feeling” that can happen with big agencies. We even offer potential clients a “Flash 50” consultation with Jennifer to help evaluate your PR needs and identify actionable opportunities for your brand.

The Leader: Jennifer guides all accounts at JMCPR. With more than two decades handling every facet of destination, hotel and travel PR, she has a broad range of hospitality PR experience under her belt. Her name on the door underscores her commitment to authenticity, credibility and trust – she deeply and personally understands what’s on the line when it comes to brand integrity.

The Team: Trend-tappers, media magicians and pop-culture junkies JMCPR boasts a small-but-mighty results-focused team of public relations pros in key markets across the U.S., including Los Angeles, South Florida and North Carolina. They, too, come armed with travel and hospitality insights and media relations skills honed from decades collectively handling PR for airlines, cruise lines, destinations, resorts, hotels, tour operators, restaurant brands and more.
